Kirill Ovchinnikov created his fantastic reality, that changes the world. The artist’s creations are distinguished by a unique manner of writing and content based on biblical and mythological subjects. It takes about a year of painstaking work to develop every plot. The artist gained world fame for his extraordinary silk scarves and fabrics.
The Kirill Ovchinnikov brand, created in 2008, is rapidly gaining fame not only among connoisseurs of fine art, but also among fashion and design professionals. Under the Kirill Ovchinnikov brand, collections of clothing, accessories, jewelry, shoes, as well as wallpaper, tiles, fabrics, lamps, porcelain and furniture are created.
Kirill Ovchinnikov graduated from the Leningrad Higher Industrial Art School named after V. Mukhina (now – St. Petersburg State Academy of Art and Industry named after A.L. Stieglitz) in the Department of Graphic Design. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia, awarded with the medal “300th Anniversary of St. Petersburg”, laureate of the award “20 successful people of St. Petersburg 2015” in the nomination “Personal Brand”, in 2016 the society of watercolorists of St. Petersburg awarded him as the best artist in the nomination “Irrationalism in Watercolor”. Member of “Idealny Remont” program, winner of the Heimtextil 2017 competition. He represented the Russian Federation at the Heimtextil Frankfurt 2018 exhibition. Under the Kirill Ovchinnikov brand collections of clothing, accessories, jewelry, shoes are created, as well as collections for the interior – wallpaper, tiles, fabrics, lamps, porcelain. He presented his fashion and interior collections in Monaco, Milan, Prague, Tallinn and Paris.
