The Council of Experts in Interior Design and Architectural Environment / CEID presents the discussion by leading Russian architects on how to form relationships with contractors correctly and avoid mistakes. Sergey Estrin, Fedor Raschevsky, Natalya and Alexander Sokhatsky will share their unique experience in project implementation and derive a formula for perfect communication between the parties.

Sergey Estrin
– architect, member of the Council of Experts / CEID, he was at the forefront of today’s architectural thinking, which was forming when political, cultural and social systems were shifting. His projects, both in large architecture and in private interiors, are always unique and meaningful: sometimes this meaning is ironic, but always profound. The main principle that is invariably present in every project is space and form, saturated with emotion, light, color, combined with refined chic and comfort. He has been an architect for more than a quarter of a century, and now he is a prominent figure not just in architecture, but also in real estate market.
He is always personally involved in each project of his company, the author of ideas for most of them. Sergey has completed more than a hundred different projects.
Nikolay Milovidov
Architect, graduate of the Moscow Architectural Institute, member of the Council of Experts / CEID, co-founder and Chief Architect of the UNK Project Bureau, winner of many prestigious professional competitions. The main activity is design of offices and public facilities.
Natalya and Alexander Sokhatsky
Architects, graduates of the Moscow Architectural Institute, members of the Council of Experts / CEID, founders of the AC+ Architectural Bureau, laureates of many prestigious professional competitions. They have extensive experience in developing projects of any complexity: from country houses to world-class office spaces.
Fedor Raschevsky
Architect, graduate of the Moscow Architectural Institute, member of the Council of Experts / CEID, co-founder, partner and head of the OFFCON Bureau, member of the Union of Designers of Russia, teacher at the British Higher School of Art and Design, winner of many prestigious professional contests.
