The main character of the bathroom installation by Diana Balashova was the work of VENUS (by the sculptor Sergei Sobolev).
"A huge minimalistic sculpture, beautiful in its laconism - it is both a symbol of happiness and human problems. I gave her proper honors: golden background, the sparkling black universe and pink toilet bowls - so that you could feel life and love. I also prepared the couch for a therapist - maybe this will help us cope with inevitable consequences of life and love. And it seems quite natural to me that my installation is a bathroom - a room where you stay alone. Where you become clean," - said the author of the project Diana Balashova.
Using two dominant colors - black and gold - helps to achieve an amazing effect, create a wonderful inimitable style. Black color prevails in this duet. And bright details, like pink couch and toilet bowls, successfully dilute the interior. The combination of different materials with shiny and matte surfaces, that refract the light differently, looks especially picturesque.
