We continue to introduce the participants of HoReCa Design Area exposition (Hotel, Residence, Café) at BATIMAT RUSSIA 2020. For the first time from March 3 to 6, at the Crocus Expo, Anastasia Kasparyan will demonstrate her philosophical vision of the apartment hotel. She is a designer, decorator, founder of the Golden Heads architectural bureau. At the exhibition, she will present the authentic interior at her stand MARBLE VENUS (Hall 8, Stand 8-114).
“This is a story about every woman. For millennia, society has carved statues from them, just as sculptors carved them from marble. Everything unessential was cut off from a woman, like from a marble slab – ambition, education, the right of choice, and then she was polished with the correct settings: “Girls do not fight”; “You are a real woman only if you have children”; “Girls wear dresses and play with dolls, put the car down”; “You are weaker”; “Be feminine”; “This is not a woman’s business”. After this living statue occupied a place of honor at the home fire – this is how the kitchen is often called. She was to become a functional home decoration, a convenient accessory, and if the statue became unwanted, it could always be put into the closet.
But marble is not born to be a statue, nor is a woman born to become a silent addition to the house. Marble is a noble stone, its true beauty is enclosed inside, it does not need additional polishing. When a stone breaks at the hand of an inept stonecutter or sculptor, its true nature emerges at the breakup. The uneven, rough but beautiful soul is exposed, revealing the true essence.
Like marble, passing through difficulties and blows, a woman reveals her identity, understands her true strength and nature.”

As a professional of international level in the HoReCa segment, Anastasia Kasparyan will hold a lecture on March 3 at 12:00–13:00 on the topic: “Trends in Designing Apartment Complexes”.
With the development of cities, apartment hotels have become the most popular format for long-term accommodation. Thus, they acquire an urbanistic function and are able to influence the urban development strategy. Investors are promised 13–16% of the profit, but there are always risks. All types of apartment complexes have their own standards and design trends. Anastasia will talk about the types and their differences from real estate, new rules and design trends that are suitable for each type of solution.
The Golden Heads bureau collaborates with many developers, creating interiors of residential complexes. It also runs projects of several apartment hotels in Sochi, including Luchezarny and Grand Royal Residences.
