The results of the autumn stage of KERAMA MARAZZI Grand Prix have been summarized. The purpose of the contest is to show the limitless possibilities of using ceramic tiles and ceramic granite in modern projects, and also to provide designers working with brand materials with a platform for professional self-expression and experience exchange.
Last season, 285 applications from Russia and abroad were submitted to the contest. The jury included: Enrico Herschmann, Development Director, KERAMA MARAZZI; Massimo Santi, Development Director, Bathroom Interiors department; Alberto Favaron, Project Director; Victor Osetsky, Deputy General Director of Marketing and Advertising. The chairman of the jury was Larisa Novikova – KERAMA MARAZZI CEO.
On January 20, the names of designers, who shared the largest prize fund in the history of the contest – more than 3 million rubles, became known! This amount is distributed between designers who won the top places in four categories. In the autumn Grand Prix round, in addition to private and public interiors, as well as decorative finishing solutions for the hospitality industry, infrastructure projects were presented: educational institutions, medical centers, cultural and leisure facilities, and other projects featuring KERAMA MARAZZI materials.
Participants from all regions of Russia and the near abroad showed that design imagination, combined with the significant creative potential of the KERAMA MARAZZI collections, transform any space – from small bathrooms to multi-hall cultural and sports centers.
Participants competed in the following four categories:
Category №1: KERAMA MARAZZI materials in private interiors – completed projects of private houses and apartments. A mandatory requirement for projects in this category is the use of individually sold decors or mosaics.
Category №2: KERAMA MARAZZI materials in public interiors – completed projects of offices, shops, beauty salons, fitness centers, children’s clubs and other public premises, except for the hospitality industry.
Category №3: KERAMA MARAZZI materials in the hospitality industry – completed projects of cafes, restaurants, hotels, etc.
Category №4: KERAMA MARAZZI materials in infrastructure projects – implemented projects of large educational and medical institutions, cinemas, museums, stadiums, airports, as well as shopping centers, business centers, administrative buildings and residential complexes.
