Kirill Lopatinsky, the well-known designer and decorator, florist and author of exclusive design solutions in Russia and abroad, an experienced specialist in the field of showcase design and visual merchandising, created the Selfie Zone in the Integrated Solutions design exposition.
Few visitors can create an image and a setting deserving attention, and the designer decided to help his guests do it, and then make them take pictures in this setting. What is commonly called the background is a kind of decoration, and it should correspond to the subject of the exhibition, set visitors wondering, show the ‘photographer’ in the desired way. Color, light, decor, setting, and unusual combinations of interior and exterior, including the chic Land Rover SUV and table,
decorated with Meissen sets, created an almost theatrical background for everyone who wanted to take unforgettable photos. The exposition designer helped in choosing angle and details, offering to take a selfie with a giant beetle, in the car or in a thicket of tulips.
At the BATIMAT RUSSIA 2019 exhibition, Kirill Lopatinsky gave a master class on the subject: ‘Spectacular Showcase: Ideas, Trends, Inspiration. How to Create Retail Projects that Sell’, where he shared his tips on how to drive sales using the tools of their competent presentation and spoke about current trends in showcase design.
