From October 22 to 27, 2019, the key event of the Russian fashion industry, Moscow Fashion Week, took place in Gostiny Dvor, the best venue for demonstrating exquisite dresses. During the week, dozens of talented designers, including Teplitskaya Design, presented the new collections.
Elena Teplitskaya – a professional artist, designer, architect, regular participant in the Integrated Solutions project at BATIMAT RUSSIA, knows how to create holiday and bright mood. At the Fashion Week in Moscow, she showed the Spanish Fiesta – the new spring-summer 2020 collection, which envelops with the warmth of Seville night, the aromas of the orange trees that have absorbed the midday sun and the rustle of dancers’ skirts. The skirts are multi-tiered, wide – made of dense silk and cotton, flowing chiffon and velvet dresses with accentuated fabric pay tribute to the traditional bata de cola. Trousers are combined with light blouses and wool knitwear. And, for both men and women, they are complemented by wide belts tied a la majos costumes. Handcrafted appliques with handmade Luneville embroidery give a special chic and festive character to the images. Floaty blouses with frill fronts and drapes, midi dresses with circular skirts are effectively draped with thin folds and respond to every movement. Various shades of ocher, mustard, umber and sienna are balanced by dark turquoise, grassy green and cold colors: from aquamarine to ultramarine and gray-violet. Saturated and deep colors prevail, and against their background, rare intersperses of pink and orange become radiant.
The general partner of the show – KERAMA MARAZZI – also enjoys the feast of life and knows how to create it. The new Spanish Fiesta collection of ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware and mosaic, which was first presented in 2019 at the BATIMAT RUSSIA exhibition, will add artistic techniques and recognizable styles to the interior, as well as bright emotions and the southern sun.
