The Italian factory EDRA, participant of the Integrated Solutions section at BATIMAT RUSSIA 2019, presented its new products at Salone del Mobile exhibition in Milan.
The new creation of maestro Francesco Binfare – the GRANDE SOFFICE sofa – continues the research in the field of absolute comfort. This is a result of the synthesis of high engineering technology and classic elegance, emphasized by unique materials, enhancing flawless proportions. The ‘smart’ pillows, familiar to interior designers, provide maximum relaxation – they are stuffed with Gellyfoam® and large amounts of goose down, creating a feeling of extreme comfort and pleasure. With its architecture and balanced proportions the GRAND SOFFICE sofa may be used in interiors of any style – from classic to modern.
The ESTER polycarbonate hemisphere chair in monocoque style by Jacopo Foggini, which is made manually, like all other items of the master – it is a unique collectible work of art. The ergonomic, ‘embracing’ shape, looking fragile like glass, but in fact durable and stable, is installed on a graceful rotating base. Placing a chair near any light source, you can watch an amazing game of shine and light, a kaleidoscope of shades, an inviting glow, and touching it causes an incredible tactile sensation from perfect smooth and warm surface.
The extraordinary FOOL MOON table by Jacopo Foggini from pure alabaster with the built-in illumination takes on the form of a radiant full moon, the effect is enhanced by natural veins and darkening interlaced into natural “lunar” figure of a thousand-year stone slab, always different, because nature has nothing identical.
The proven bestseller of the factory, the ELLA chair by Jacopo Foggini, is now available in new anthracite color. Light as a haze, a bud on a rotating base of ruthenium color. The collection was also supplemented with the bar variation of the ELLA stool in anthracite finish. At the BATIMAT RUSSIA 2019 exhibition, the EDRA factory was presented at two designer stands: by Karina Avetisyan and Natasha Shevchenko.The ABSOLU sofa with ‘smart’ pillows was presented at the ‘Fly’ booth by Natasha Shevchenko. And the cult-favorite PACK bear sofa by Francesco Binfare became the main emphasis of the stand ‘Boyarsky Chambers of the Kremlin – the modern history of Russia’ by designer Karina Avetisyan.
