The new innovative design of DolceStilNovo series is elegant and technically perfect. And the devices with touch sensor control, copper finishing, tinted front glass (Eclipse) and interesting burners fascinate at first sight.
The built-in household appliances DolceStilNovo by SMEG are created in minimalistic style in collaboration with the long-standing creative partner of the brand – the famous architect Guido Canali. The collection includes ovens worked to the smallest detail, compact appliances, cooking units, wine cabinets, coffee machines, cooker hoods and dish warmers – all products complement each other and make a stunning ensemble.
When choosing a name for this collection, SMEG gained inspiration from the literary movement of the 13th century – the Sicilian and Tuscan love poetry, also called DolceStilNovo. Upon closer acquaintance with the series, it becomes apparent that SMEG has mastered new trends in the field of design, creative craftsmanship and technological innovation.
One of the most interesting innovations can be found in unusual burners – their design was inspired by the nature itself. The collection includes four exclusive types of panels with titanium premium rings, reflecting the style of flora and fauna. The best samples cast from titanium and having adopted refined forms of leaves, butterflies, fruits and birds were selected personally by the owner of the Smeg group of companies Vittorio Bertazzoni. These beautiful products reflect the creative soul of Smeg and its emotional embodiment in household appliances. Each of them has become a work of art, undergoing transformation from a practical thing into something really beautiful, but not at the cost of its functionality.
One of the highlights of the year 2019 for the SMEG brand will be the company’s participation in the Integrated Solutions exposition at BATIMAT RUSSIA together with the Italian architect Vincenzo Stridacchio (Vincenzo Studio Design), where the new innovative design of the DolceStilNovo series will be set to show. In an area of 25 sqm in partnership with manufacturers of kitchen furniture, stairs and ceramic tiles, as well as installers of ‘smart home’ engineering technologies the creative interior concept on the topic ‘Kitchen of a Designer’ will be presented.
