On December 5, the new flagship KERAMA MARAZZI showroom (on 15/3 Leningradsky Avenue) hosted a meetup of architects, designers, decorators, exhibitors and friends of BATIMAT RUSSIA.
This is a new project of BATIMAT RUSSIA, bringing together professionals in fields of interior design and architecture, which is aimed at holding regular meetings to exchange experience and knowledge. Convenient location on the widest street of the Russian capital, private parking, historical architectural background, unique content and layout, as well as the interesting agenda attracted more than 50 designers and architects.
KERAMA MARAZZI representatives were the first to welcome the guests: Deputy General Marketing Director Victor Osetsky and Sales Development Director Alberto Favaron. They presented new collections, spoke about MAXI formats, ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles, the high quality of KERAMA MARAZZI products, compliance with Russian and international standards, regulations and technical requirements. All those present could have a look at the products during the brief tour of the four-storey building of the showroom, which presents the full range of KERAMA MARAZZI products.
Special guests of the event:
- designer Victoria Kiorsak (Victoria Kiorsak INterior Design) spoke about the challenges of implementing industrial facilities;
- designers Julia Tsvetkova and Oksana Kasperovich (Sundukovy Sisters) revealed the secrets of creating the best interiors in HoReCa segment;
- designer Victoria Korneeva (SHKAF ARCHITECTS) spoke about multifaceted and complex concept of architecture in the interior, the need to work in this direction and combination of various methods of space transformation;
- designer Igor Kurkin demonstrated unconventional methods of applying ceramic coatings (not only in wet areas, new formats, colors and shapes, moving away from flat surface, etc.);
- designer and architect Maria Romanova (Anfilada MARO design studio) raised the issues of exhibition business as a startup of interior projects;
- the designer Irina Chun shared her unique experience and recipe for success: how to win international competitions;
- designer Natasha Shevchenko told about the upcoming collaboration with the Italian manufacturers of interior ceramics and the magic of industrial design (for the first time her Flying Fish collection will be presented at the stand with the promising title “Fly...” in the Integrated Solutions section in March 2019 at BATIMAT RUSSIA, and later at Salone del Mobile.Milano exhibition in Milan);
- young designers Anna Zorina and Anastasia Surtseva presented their project “Kitchen of a Designer”, which won the competition held by BATIMAT RUSSIA in cooperation with the Details Interior Design School.
It was an amiable, warm meetup of creative people, which will be held regularly in salons and studios of exhibitors and partners of BATIMAT RUSSIA. See you in the new year!
