Hereby I, hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Subject", in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ d/d July 27, 2006 (with amendments and additions) freely, with my will and in my interest give my consent to MGC LLC (legal address: 19A Khlebny Lane Moscow RUSSIA 121069) for the personal data processing indicated during the registration by filling in the web form on the website www.batimat-rus.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site) sent (filled in) using the Site.

I consider the personal data as any information relating to me as the Personal Data Subject, including my last name, first name, contact details (telephone, fax, email), and other information. I consider the personal data processing as the collection, systematization, accumulation, clarification, updating, modification, using, distribution, transmission, including transboundary one, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, perpetual storage), and any other operations (actions) with the personal data.

The processing of the personal data of the Personal Data Subject is carried out solely for the purposes of registering on the Site, registering at the Site event, advertising purpose, providing the customer with services, such as forming an application for the purchase of the services on behalf of the Subject, subscribing to the newsletter, receiving online consultation, etc., as well as sending the mail messages and SMS notifications, including advertising content, to the Personal Data Subject from MGC LLC, its affiliates and / or subcontractors, media and newsletters, invitations to events, and other information with the advertising and news content, as well as to confirm the identity of the Personal Data Subject when visiting the events.

The date of consent to the personal data processing by the Personal Data Subject is the date of sending any registration web form from the Site.

The personal data processing of the Personal Data Subject can be carried out with the help of automation and / or without the use of automation in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

MGC LLC takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures, or ensures their adoption for the personal data protection from unauthorized or accidental access to them, the personal data destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as other illegal actions in relation to the personal data, and also assumes the obligation to secure the personal data  confidentiality of the Personal Data Subject. MGC LLC has the right to involve subcontractors for the personal data processing of the Personal Data Subject, and also has the right to transfer the personal data for processing to its affiliated persons, while ensuring that such subcontractors and affiliated persons take appropriate obligations regarding the personal data confidentiality.

I am aware as follows:

• The present consent to processing of my personal data indicated when registering on the MGC LLC website and sent (filled in) using the Site is valid for twenty (20) years from the date of registration on the Site;
• The consent may be withdrawn by me on the basis of a written application at random;
• The provision of personal data of third parties without their consent entails responsibility in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
