What we’ll talk about: The introduction of information modeling technologies into the research and design engineering processes is a complex and important multicomponent task, and to solve it you need to both adapt the regulatory field and handle applied problems including training of specialists from virtually all areas of the construction industry. The end-to-end information modeling of any construction object at the initial stage already requires development of strategic programs for introducing such technologies, revising a number of processes within the object’s life cycle in order to achieve the main goal – minimizing costs in general for a real estate object for the entire period of its creation and operation. Our task is to organize a discussion with the professional community concerning opportunities, prospects and risks of introducing information modeling technologies at all stages of the life cycle of real estate objects.
