Subject: At some point, each company faces the need to defend the interests in court, by contacting the arbitration court. Since November 2017, only those arbitration institutions that have received special permission from the Government of the Russian Federation can consider arbitration disputes in Russia.
At the same time, only 5% of companies appeal to arbitration courts to resolve disputes, while they are an effective alternative to state courts.
At the event you may learn, when it is advisable to apply to arbitration courts (commercial disputes, economic disputes about debt collection, termination or amendment of contracts, disputes under contract agreements, delivery, loan, etc.) and what advantages they have.
